You do not need to provide information that is unrelated to identifying the applicable record or processing your request.
What Happens After You Submit a Request?
ExpoRoster receives and reviews your privacy or opt-out request.
We use the information supplied to identify applicable business contact records.
Applicable records may be corrected, removed, or added to a suppression list depending on the request.
Limited information may be retained where necessary to maintain the suppression request and help prevent reintroduction of the same contact information.
Suppression Records
When an opt-out or do-not-contact request is processed, ExpoRoster may retain limited identifying information in a suppression record.
Maintaining a suppression record helps us identify information that should not be reintroduced into applicable databases or future outreach processes.
Previously Provided Information
If business contact information was previously provided to a customer before an opt-out request was received, ExpoRoster may not be able to control copies already held independently by that customer.
