ExpoRoster is a Valor Marketing brand.
1. About ExpoRoster
ExpoRoster provides independently researched business-to-business contact intelligence, event-related audience research, exhibitor contact information, company information, and custom B2B data services.
ExpoRoster is not an event organizer, registration provider, ticketing provider, or official attendee database provider unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Eligibility
ExpoRoster services are intended for business and professional use.
By using our services, you represent that you have the authority to act on behalf of yourself or the business or organization you represent.
3. Data Products & Services
ExpoRoster may provide services including:
The exact scope, quantity, fields, targeting criteria, format, and price may vary by order.
4. Event-Related Data
ExpoRoster provides independently researched B2B event intelligence.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, an ExpoRoster attendee-related audience is not represented as an event organizer’s official registration list.
A record’s inclusion in an event-related audience does not necessarily mean that the individual personally purchased a ticket, completed an official event registration, attended the event, or appears in a private registration database controlled by the event organizer.
5. Samples
ExpoRoster may provide sample records to allow prospective customers to review the structure, available fields, and relevance of a proposed dataset.
Samples may be masked, limited, modified, or restricted depending on the project and stage of the sales process.
A sample does not guarantee that every record in a final dataset will contain identical fields or characteristics.
6. Coverage Estimates
Contact counts provided before final processing may be estimates.
Final counts may change because of targeting adjustments, verification, deduplication, suppression, removal of unavailable records, customer criteria, or other data-quality processes.
7. Orders & Scope Confirmation
Before completing an order, customers should review and confirm the applicable targeting criteria, audience type, geography, requested fields, estimated quantity, pricing, and delivery terms.
Email correspondence, proposals, invoices, order confirmations, statements of work, or other written communications may form part of the agreed order scope.
8. Pricing & Payment
Prices are based on the applicable project scope and may vary depending on audience size, research requirements, customization, available fields, geography, and other factors.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms shown on the applicable invoice or order confirmation will apply.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that payment information and billing details supplied to ExpoRoster are accurate.
9. Delivery
Data may be delivered electronically in formats such as CSV, XLSX, or another format agreed with the customer.
Delivery timing may vary depending on project size, customization, research requirements, verification, payment clearance, and other operational factors.
10. Customer Review
Customers should review delivered files promptly and notify ExpoRoster of any material issue relating to the agreed scope.
Any issue should include enough information for ExpoRoster to review the applicable records and order requirements.
11. Data Accuracy
Business information changes continuously.
People change employers, titles, email addresses, phone numbers, company locations, and professional responsibilities.
ExpoRoster may use research, validation, filtering, and quality-control processes, but does not guarantee that every data field will remain complete, current, accurate, responsive, or deliverable indefinitely.

Receiving business data from ExpoRoster does not remove the customer’s responsibility to maintain appropriate consent, notice, unsubscribe, suppression, campaign, privacy, or other compliance processes where required.

17. Data License
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, purchase of an ExpoRoster dataset provides the customer with a license to use the delivered information for the customer’s legitimate internal business purposes.
Customers may not resell, republish, sublicense, publicly distribute, or commercially redistribute an ExpoRoster dataset as a competing database product unless expressly authorized in writing.
18. Third-Party Information
ExpoRoster may use or reference publicly available, licensed, or third-party business information as part of its research process.

23. Changes to These Terms
ExpoRoster may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes to services, business practices, or applicable requirements.
The effective date displayed at the top of this page identifies the version currently published.
24. Governing Terms
Additional terms contained in a signed agreement, accepted proposal, invoice, purchase order, or other written agreement may apply to a specific customer transaction.
Where an expressly agreed written contract conflicts with these general website Terms & Conditions, the expressly agreed contract will govern that transaction to the extent of the conflict.
